Terms and Conditions (Trip to Bhutan and Tibet):

A 25% deposit of the total trip cost is required at booking for trips to Tibet and Bhutan. This secures your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid at least seven days before your travel date; failure to do so may result in cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.

Last-Minute Booking Procedure:
For last-minute trips, bookings must be finalized at least seven days in advance, requiring full payment and essential documentation, including a confirmed flight ticket, two passport-sized photos, a passport copy, and a trip itinerary. Submit all documents promptly to avoid delays.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
The 25% deposit is non-refundable. Cancellation fees are as follows:

– 25% of the total cost if canceled 90 days prior.
– 50% if canceled between 60 and 89 days.
– 100% if canceled 30 days or less before departure.

Please consider your travel plans carefully to avoid cancellation fees.

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) with a 4% processing fee. For cash payments, we accept multiple currencies (EUR, USD, GBP, AUD, CAD, CHF), but all trip costs are quoted in USD, so please consider exchange rates.
