Itinerary

Arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu and transfer to the hotel.

After breakfast at the hotel, our guide will meet you in the lobby of the hotel to take you on a sightseeing tour to the following places:
Bhaktapur, the medieval capital, was embellished with exquisite structures.
Pashupatinath, a Hindu shrine dedicated to Lord Shiva, is situated on the banks of the Bagmati River.
Boudhath is a Buddhist pilgrimage center. You can then return to the hotel for trekking preparation.

Fly to Lukla airport from Kathmandu, around 40 min flight, and then trek to Phakding(2610m).

Take a walk through numerous villages and climb steeply to Namche Bazar, the capital of Sherpa country. En route, discover fantastic views of Thamserku, Everest and Lhotse.

This is the most important place in the region. It is home to the largest market in the Upper Khumbu region. It’s the ideal place to rest and acclimatize to the high altitude. It’s the starting point for the trek to Everest. You can watch the sun set over Ama Dablam, Nuptse and Everest above Namche Bazar.

Today, we will trek to Phortse, a picturesque village situated opposite Thamserku and Kangtega, passing through the Mont Pass which offers stunning views of Ama Dablam. After
enjoying the scenery, we will descend towards Phortse Thanga before making our way back up to Phortse. We will spend the night at a lodge.

Today, the trek to Pheriche involves descending along the trail, crossing the Imja Khola, and then ascending alongside Mani before reaching Pheriche, which serves as a key rescue post in the Himalayas.
Throughout the journey, take in the breathtaking views of Everest, Ama Dablam, and Lhotse.
You will spend the night at a lodge in Pheriche.

Today, we will ascend to the village of Duglha (Thukla), which is situated at an altitude of 4,620 meters, and then proceed to Lobuche at 4,910 meters. Located at the base of the
Khumbu Glacier, Lobuche provides stunning views of Nuptse. We will spend the night at a lodge in Lobuche.

We walk along the moraines of the Khumbu glacier, which we soon cross on our way to the base camp at the foot of the West Combe. This tented village is the starting point for our ascent of the world’s highest peak. From here, we cross the glacier again and reach Gorakshep. We will spend the night at a lodge in Gorakshep.

We climb steadily up to Kala Patthar, a sumptuous belvedere on the ridge of the Pumo Ri. Before our eyes, the imposing Sagarmatha and its neighbors Nuptse and Lhotse rise up in all their splendour. We descend along the glacier to Dughla, then follow the path back to Lobuche. We will spend the night at a lodge in Pheriche.

Today, we head towards the high camp to take the trail to Dingogma, reaching an altitude of 5,412 meters, while passing through the Kongma La Pass at 5,535 meters before arriving in Chukung. The journey offers stunning views of Lhotse, Nuptse, and Ama Dablam. We will
spend the night at a lodge in Chhukung.

The trail steepens as it ascends south before turning east onto the valley’s main path.
We then enjoy a short, easy walk along or beneath the southern slope of the Lhotse glacier moraine, passing the Grand Rock.
The valley between the Imja and Lhotse glaciers opens to the southwest side of Island Peak.
At the campsite, we’ll set up tents and prepare for the ascent with your mountaineering guide, camping. overnight at Island Peak’s base camp.

We start our climb at night on a straightforward trail, which then takes us across a glacier with crevasses. Next, we will scale a 150-meter wall to reach a narrow ridge before finally reaching the summit. The way down will take us back to base camp for lunch, after which we
will continue our trek down to Chhukung. We will spend the night at a lodge in Chhukung.

We continue our descent through various villages, including Orsho and Shomare, crossing a suspension bridge over the Imja River. The journey features a gradual ascent towards Debuche, followed by Tengboche, which is home to a stunning Buddhist monastery. The
monastery offers breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains, and we will spend the night in a lodge in Tengboche.

A long descent takes you to the banks of the Dudh Koshi River, where you will eventually reach Monjo.

Descend to Phakding in the Dudh Koshi Valley before ascending to Lukla. This marks the conclusion of the trek. Overnight stay in Lukla, followed by a flight to Kathmandu the next day.
